My name is Dawn Whitestone. For the past seven years, I have run my own business, homeschooled my kids and helped others deal with trauma and stress. Let me explain.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve been helping people deal with stress, change and all kinds of trauma for over twenty years. I’ve been there with others, and I’ve been there myself. I know how to stay calm in crisis and help others get a grip so they can think straight as well.

In addition to my work as a therapist, for the past seven years I’ve also owned a business and coached others in business. I know how to make a strategic plan and execute it. I can help you make one, too. The one we help you create in our “Now What?” course is not fancy, but it’s effective. If you need something to help you stay on track, I recommend taking the course.

Finally, I also have two kids who unexpectedly needed to be homeschooled due to chronic illness. When this happened, I was a single mom running a business. We had to quickly figure out how to help them stay on track with schoolwork while I also served clients.

SO, as you can see, I’ve been here before. I’ve done this. I can help you, too.
