I walk with individuals who know they need change and are willing to do the work necessary to have it. It takes focused attention and real work to move forward in our heart wounds, habits and more. You don't have to do it alone! Together we will look at new perspectives and new tools. My passion is to equip my clients to build healthy pathways in thoughts, relationships, and boundaries as well as dreams and desires. I look forward to hearing from you! We have started and continue to develop a PNES-specific program to provide group support, education and skills training, and individual coaching. This program is available in person and online for those who, like me, are ready to be free from PNES.
